A new $1.3 million grant from the U.S. Department of Education will support more mental health services at 10 high schools on the South and West sides of the city, where students are at high risk of exposure to violence. CCR Executive Director, Dr. Colleen Cicchetti, recently contributed to an article in the Chicago Reporter addressing the importance of mental health services in schools and communities.
