Nell McKitrick, M.B.A.
Director of Operations
Nell McKitrick joined the Center for Childhood Resilience in 2016. She has over 20 years of leadership and management experience, with a particular focus on program management, relationship management, and business solutions. She has worked across multiple industries, including consulting, education, and insurance in both the for-profit and non-profit sectors. In her role, she manages all financial and operational aspects of the Center, and serves as a key liaison to internal and external partners. Prior to joining Lurie Children’s, she was a Director with Chicago Public Schools.
Ms. McKitrick holds a Bachelor of Science from Indiana University and an MBA from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management.
