Behavioral health teams
Multidisciplinary school teams developed to establish systems of care for students in need of mental health services across the multi-tiered classification of need.
We developed a model to establish or build upon staff teaming structures which includes protocols to identify, assess, and refer students to appropriate interventions, provide access to evidence-based mental health interventions, and discuss and track student behaviors and performance. The goal is to maximize resources and match the right students to the right interventions using data-informed student discussions. Collaboration occurs across school, family, and community systems. CCR trains staff within a workshop model and provides on-site coaching.
